Burberry, Interpreted.

Fall is probably my favorite season. I love the weather, the clothes and the color palette. When I think of fall fashion, I often think of Burberry. Much like London itself, Burberry is classic and edgy at the exact same time. I am always amazed at Burberry‘s ability to reinvent outerwear time and time again. Who knew you could do so much with a trench coat?

When I clicked my way through the images of Burberry’s Resort 2012 collection on Style.com, I was instantly reminded of the post, Color Concept: Tan and a Touch of Yellow, that Apartment Therapy shared a few days ago. These interiors epitomize fall (warm, heavy-weight fabrics, earthy colors and natural materials) and just so happen to accentuate the details and aesthetics of Burberry‘s new collection.

Speaking of fall fashion, have you seen J.Crew’s September catalog? It’s fantastic.
