When I grow up I want to be a Rue girl.

I am completely smitten with Rue Magazine Issue #4 and I haven’t even opened it. I just can’t move past the cover! It’s almost too much to take. I love the vintage glam splashed across the earthy terrain and the shades of sepia are perfection. And do I spy the Nomad pillow from West Elm? I am in love.

And if that’s not enough, take a look at this ridiculously incredible video documenting the behind the scenes action of the cover photo shoot in the desert. I keep watching it over and over and each time my jaw keeps getting closer and closer to the floor.

In case I wasn’t clear about how impressed I am by this video, I am posting it twice in an attempt to drive home the awesomeness.

But don’t stop there. Flip through the entire magazine. That’s what I will be doing for the next day and a half. I did have another post idea I wanted to share (showcasing my finds from Nevada antique stores) but it just may have to wait. I’m on too much of a Rue high to concentrate. Seriously, when I grow up I want to be a Rue Girl.

I can tell! Work is that much better when you are enjoying yourself because it doesn’t feel so much like work! I don’t know how you could NOT enjoy your work!! Looks like a blast! Wonderful job on issue #4, Anne.
